Macayla Wethington earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Georgia State University and her Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from Emerson College. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan and has supported clients in a variety of settings, including daycares, schools, in-home services, teletherapy, aba clinics, and skilled nursing facilities. Macayla enjoys working with a wide range of disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), hydrocephalus, and cerebral palsy, down syndrome, etc. She also has a strong background in geriatric care, specializing in swallowing and feeding therapy, as well as rehabilitation for patients recovering from strokes and managing aphasia. Her diverse experience and compassionate approach allow her to provide personalized, evidence-based therapy to help each client reach their fullest potential!
